Medicine In Thailand?

Does anyone have a website for a local pharmacy? I need to find out if my 3 medicines are readily available in Thailand, and if not I'll have to bring them from the States. I also need to know if they need an actual prescription for the tablets. This would be a big relief for me if this was all taken care on before I get to Thailand. My first visit will be just under a year, so I can't run out.................Any help that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. It would be so convenient to buy this medication in Thailand. Please let me know the ins & outs of buying medicine in Thailand......THIS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.........THANKS
