Sorry but our lowest minimum order is 30 pcs .... To get the above price the minimum is 60 pcs.

 

We cannot do 1 t-shirt as of yet but in the very near future we will be able to produce much smaller qty such as 1 pcs. I will let you know when we will start offering that option.

if i want a shirt (100% cotton, womens short sleeve v-neck or scoop neck) with a full color photo reproduced (about 9" square in size) and a caption...initial order of 12-small, 12-med, 12-large...this must be of a good quality, in the states i usually go with Bella as a manufacturer. If the run goes well, maybe a 2nd order twice the size and then ongoing maybe once a quarter.

 

initial order i would pick up from you in pattaya, after that, is shipping to the states practical?

Hey SlickMonkey started out on SoiXzyte about 3 years ago with only export orders/production and about a year ago decided to sell locally as the price was getting quite cheap for us. Currently looking for a new location so for the time being we arrange for meetings, usually the client is a bar or business owner so we meet at thier location. If it is just somebody looking to have shirts made for thier own personal use then we can also arrange to meet at a place of their choosing.

 

For the payment we usually take a 50% deposit and then we will proceed to make your artwork and once approved we will produce the shirts and upon delivery the balance is expected to be paid.

Hey Dudebrah, here are some answers to your questions:

 

- Size range: XS Youth - XL Youth, S Adult - 3XL Adult (Promo Above is for shirts in size Adult Small - Adult XL) ALL SIZES ARE N.A and EURO STANDARD

Please see the size chart, these are our stocked shirt sizes but we also produce cut and stitch shirts so that means we can produce any custom size as well.

 

- Above promo is for white t-shirts but we have 20 colours available.

 

- Size chart is attached

 

- The shirts advertized are 100% Cotton we have OE and Semi combed Cotton Available for the Stocked shirts

As mentioned above we also produce cut ad stitch shirts so custom fabric is available i.e. TC, TK, Polyester, Lycra Mixes, Etc

 

- The Shirts advertised are 205 GSM but again we have access to all styles and weights.

 

- The advertised shirts are pre-shrunk

 

- The size of the print in the quote is equivelent to 10" x 14" we can do much larger and full coverage if screening before stitching the shirt this is a little more costly

 

- Smaller logo one size side is still the same price as we have a low fixed cost for the same colour back and front.

 

- 60 shirts is best fit for a FedEx 25 KG promo box which will will ultimately depend on the size of the shirts in the order. Avg order I see will fit about 60 - 70 and the cost is about 5500 THB to Norht America

For larger orders we recieve discount air freight at around 150 THB/Kg (Avg 3.3 shirt/kg)

Hi Alex,

 

If you are looking for a high end womes shirt I would recomend the DriBalance Tee we have. It is made from top Pima Cotton and Microfiber along with a little Lycra.

That initial order size is fine for the shirts however fr the full colour photo print there would be a minimum of roughly 110 pcs. The print technique would be with an offset print transfer so it is a very high end look and I can show a sample so you see what I mean.

The extra left over sheets can be saved for future orders.

 

Shipping to the states is no problem as we have regular shipments going out to US customers.

 

I have attached a picture of the shirt I am talking about. If you would like the VNeck or more of a Bigger collar opening then we would have to have the shirts produced and that will be based on the minimum order of a 22 Kg fabric roll.

In terms of the quality I would say that the OE is very similar to the higher end Gildan shirts. The Combed Cotton T's or the Perfomance tops are of high end material.

 

In terms of the customizability it is very similar to the site that you have mentioned if you work along with the stocked items that we supply. However we have the ability to fully customize the garment and not just with print or embroidery.

We can do things during production that is not possible to do with many of these online sites unless you order some huge ammount. With us as I mentioed before there are always export orders going on so we have the flexability to alter production to suit the needs of the customer.

 

I have attached a couple of examples to give you an idea of what I mean. In these examples you will se the drawing that was forwarded and the production samples created.

Currently working on a more intricit design that will be ready wed/thurs and when completed I will post it so that you can have a look.

 

Ultimately I think that the biggest difference will be the price. When doing an export order we can compete easily with the delivery time, quality and a lot of the time the price will work out cheaper. This usually works out on the bigger order quantitys.

Will PM you more details about this inquiry but just what I meant about the "Based on the minimum order of 22 Kg fabric roll" Basically if you want to have the shirts manufactured and not use our stock style item the we would have to purchase 22kg of fabric and have it cut and stitched into your desired patter/shape. Usually for womens sizes you will end up with 100 ~120 shirts from one fabric roll. This is all dependant on the fabric you choose and the sizes you require so the exact number will vary.

 

And yes can ship to USA and Canada as have incorporated in Both Toronto, Ontario and Carson City, Nevada. So delivery will not be a problem.

Not only that but Lee ,when things went wrong just told me where to go (he had 50% of my money )and could not give a shit .

 

Sam on the other hand went out of his way and did every thing he could to try and fix every thing .he even came up personaly and droped off the shirls lee have stuffed up .

 

While it sounds like these to have now parted company (sam will now save $$$)any one wanting shirts should be able to ring SAM on 0852172307 from what i am told SAM is still exporting shirts

 

I can only hope that things that Lee did will not stop anyone from dealing with SAM i have found SAM very helpful

Yeah I had the same problem It tiook months to get 32 shirts and I had paid in full. Lee collected my deposit in the Sandy Springs but neglected to tell his partner. I don't know why the office is never manned either. Must be plenty of sponsored girls out there happy to sit on their arse answering phones and showing merchandise.

Exactly the story that happened to my buddy, Lee took the order and the deposit, but he was not heard from again. Told my buddy he was in Bangkok and I saw him in the Beach Club in Pattaya that night. My buddy posted up here about not getting his shirts and Sam responded eventually got them to him.

Sam here .... I have just signed up with my new account here and wanted to post a few words here in this forum regarding the issues posted above.

 

First off I would like to thank you all for the kind comments and I sincerely apologize to anyone that was inconvenienced in the past. I have and will always continue to do my best in getting things done in a timely and well organized manner.

 

Pikey: I think that you are misinformed and I would like to clear things up so that nobody gets things confused. My girlfriend did not do any money laundering but rather she did borrow money off of Thai people and yes that includes Lee's ex-girlfriend. In my opinion what my girlfriends financial situation has absolutely nothing to do with any of my dealings with Lee or with the business of tshirtXpress. I do not owe Lee, or any other people any money for that matter.

 

Anyway, I have worked very hard here and I think that my work speaks for itself. All that I have can be attributed to my hard work and strict attention to detail. I am not too sure why you would say that I have done a runner from Lee as that makes absolutely no sense to me. I am not running from anything I simply stated that I was no longer going to continue to work with tshirtXpress. To say that I have done a runner would imply that I have taken something and left with whatever it was that I was running with.

 

My main company is GS Importing Corporation which was incorporated in late 2005 and is licensed in both Canada and USA. I have a pretty solid client list and produce many products for various clothing lines and artists in various parts of the world. I have both CA and RN numbers enabling the production and importation of garments into North America. Also, I currently produce a licensed head wear product for Both NHL and NBA here in Thailand. My main company is an import company and does not only focus on clothing but rather many other products as well.

 

Anyway Pikey hopefully you will look into things more clearly before you make an accusations.
