I've just returned from a two week stay at The One Cozy living and noticed via a sign on the front desk that they and their sister Bay Breeze have some very good low season deals throughout July and August. Entry level rooms are 1150 baht and junior suites roughly double this.

When i first stayed in Cozy Living a couple of years ago i paid almost double this rate and the price was pretty much unchanged as recently as April this year. Low season must be biting hard

If you are going for entry level rooms those at Cozy Living are significantly bigger coming in at 31sqm as opposed to 24 to 26 sqm at The Bay Breeze. Breakfast packages are also available but give them a miss as the breakfast which was never the best, is now pretty dire. Recommend the buffet breakfast at The Aqua instead. A shame really as the same kitchen produces some perfectly decent Thai dishes later in the day.

I personally prefer The Cozy Living to The Bay Breeze but as the offer applies to both you can choose what suits you best

Never stayed here but stayed very close, I know it's newly built so hopefully they'll have decent double glazing, if not I can tell you from experience this location is extremely noisy until very late.

Never stayed at Cozy, curious as to why you prefer that over the main hotel? Can you also use the gym in the main hotel?

I stayed at Bay Breeze last year and have booked Cozy Living for this years trip and I haven't seen much reviews on Cozy Living so it's nice to see a positive post about

See also 247 Boutique Hotel. 1000b a night, pool on the roof. No breakfast but you have plenty options. Nice modern rooms. Ask Soi Honey side as Treetown noise might be a nuisance on that side.

For the prices, the rooms do look good here. I thought about staying here but I wasn’t too sure if the rooms had a Smart TV which sure makes a big difference for me in Pattaya.

Call them and ask on rates and TV

Soi Honey gets overlooked because it is not in the obvious tourist corridor but it puts you five minutes on foot from Beach Road, close enough for everything and far enough that the prices drop significantly. Low season from July through September is when the real deals surface, studios in that area can run 8,000 to 12,000 baht for a full month which is hard to beat for the location. One Bay Breeze has been consistent for a few years, decent wifi, pool, not flashy but it does what it needs to.

how are the mattresses? Firm spring mattress, rock hard, or mush?

Yes you can use all the facilities at the main hotel. Having stayed at both hotels the main reason i choose Cozy over Bay breeze are as follows:

Entry level rooms are significantly bigger at Cozy ( 31sqm as opposed to 24 to 26 sqm )

There are only 20 rooms in the Cozy annexe so never a wait for the elevator. This can be an issue at The Bay Breeze

Firm mattress and decent pillows too. Other than a jet lagged first night i slept well

Soi 10 / Soi Honey has been my favorite location in Pattaya for the past decade and is perfect for stays of up to two weeks in my opinion. I have considered 24/7 several times but the only issue for me is room size. When i am in holiday mode a minimum requirement for me is 28 to 30 sqm and rooms at 24/7 come in at 23sqm

247 has the larger mini-suites at 46m2

For e.g Sept 1900 a night.

Yeah both 24/7 and Aqua have a small number of larger rooms but i've never found them at a price i am happy to pay. For my most recent trip the larger rooms at 24/7 were around 3000 a night and unavailable on both weekends. A further advantage of 24/7 is that they offer a 50% discount on the excellent Aqua buffet breakfast.

Acqua breakfast never knew that!

247 is a good hotel in a great location.

I'm not sure how much help i'm going to be as i didn't take a lap top as i was in a purely holiday mode. I would estimate that a 16 inch lap top would probably fit but i would message the hotel to be certain. I didn't use the hotel wifi as i had an unlimited data sim from the airport. With regard to the telephone number you could try +66809222287 as this is the number given on my agoda confirmation. Failing that you could try via The One Bay Breeze +66 38 428 383.

You could also go via www.theoneluxury.com and click on the promotions link although when i just looked briefly the low season rate was showing as 1300 although i'm not certain if this included breakfast.
