Landmark Room Renovation?

Has the Landmrk started renovating rooms yet? Good hotel but my most recent stays have been in rooms that are pretty much worn out, noisy aircon, lights that don’t work, musty rooms, all showing their age and given they are changing top dollar they need some work. The pool area isn’t great, no real bar and last time I had to find a worker, who was wearing wellington boots and couldn’t really speak enough English to order a drink.
