Hotels with connecting rooms in Central Pattaya?

I will be in Pattaya soon with my son whos 17. Being 17 is a bit of an awkward age, too young to have his own room but too old to be sharing a room with single beds next to his dad, so I am hoping you guys can point me in the direction of any hotels you have stayed in or know of that have doors connecting to the next hotel room.

I have searched 2 bedroom hotel rooms but they are coming in at stupid prices.

Hopefully I can find connecting rooms for 1800-2000b a night each?

D Express has connecting rooms in D Express 2 (the annexe)

Specify what you need when booking, and I think it's within the price range that you're looking for.

the blue sky hotel on soi 5 have a joining rooms I,ve stayed there many times a very clean hotel if you message them directly they can give you a discount

The Whisper hotel has some rooms with connecting doors.

Its the reason why I cancelled my booking there earlier this year, as they could not guarantee I would have a room without a connecting door, which have always been a problem in every hotel I have stayed at with one, due to the extra noise from the person in the room next door

The Garner has adjoining rooms. It is the low end of the IHG chain. Beds are nothing great, but have large bathrooms. 7-11 50 meters from the front door (as is 3rd road).
