Hotel or Condo

Will be returning to Pattaya for my thrird trip in June. The other 2 times I stayed at Areca Lodge and hotel Amber, enjoyed both but now Im thinkinking of trying something different and getting a condo at View Talay 6. Is it worth it? What are the pros and cons of getting a condo instead of booking a hotel room?
