Day one travel.

I booked this trip only a few days ago one way ticket and no hotel booked yet!

If you want a nice room with a balcony you can check out Altera. The rooms are huge and have a small kitchen and washing machine.

Are you planning to only do online this trip or will you try the bars and gogos? I'd recommend giving those a shot as its your first time.

A bit of advice when you depart Bangkok to go home they have those smoking rooms outside curbside at the airport. But if you're not in that room smoking and you're just outside that room they could ticket you they got a whole bunch of people not long ago that were there right at the door but they weren't actually in the room charged them 2K a piece. So be sure on your return you use the smoking rooms in the smoking room

Day 2

Bring a good amount of what you need from the UK initially, so you don't have to go on a frantic search in the first few days. Filters will be the hardest thing to find, so maybe bring a few boxes with you just in case. But you should be able to find most things here. 7-eleven has lots of ciggies but it's rare to find stuff for rollies. One of the best places to search for stuff specifically for rollies is to head to any weed shop, and you will find at least one on almost every street in touristy areas.
