Thanks for sharing very honest report. A night in patts is not same all the time. its a rollercoaster. you dont know which night will be fun and which night will end up being alone in the bars until morning.

Situation definitely could have ended worse!

Day 9

TL;DR - Shit friend, GC Solo Experience (almost), the return of E

Woke up today alone again, pretty exhausted so I didn’t mind too much, I lay in bed for a while scrolling on my phone. The alcohol abuse is definitely catching up with me as I rarely drink when I’m at home. Once I shower and take my electrolytes etc, I head to Soi Buakhao to have breakfast in Devonshire which I’ve been recommended. Breakfast hit the spot and from there I head for a foot massage but only for an hour today.

Since writing Day 8 up, Chip made sure to let me know that he actually did make breakfast with John the next day, so turns out I was the only shit friend that morning 🤣

I start walking towards Soi Pothole once I’ve got directions from Chip via WhatsApp and I head into Maggie Mays for a drink and some company. An older woman asks me for a drink and I oblige her and get a water for myself.
