Yeah, more like a slap on the wrist. But if done at least once a month, it should keep things in check.

But one thing to note here ... every single one of these incidents happened around 3 am - 5 am. That's clearly not the best time to meddle with the ladyboys, particularly in the WS/BR area. Even if they say something offensive, I totally ignore and keep walking because I know that's the most sensible thing to do at that hour.
