Toilet: Worn-out flapper (or a faulty fill valve). Where & Who?

Hi fellas, 

I believe I have a worn-out flapper in the cistern not sealing properly (or a faulty fill valve). Overkill to hire a set of plumbers, I figured, so I wanted to ask here if any of the local hardware stores offer this "installation service" for a fee, or any other recommendations come to mind? 

It's not an emergency. Besides the actual equipment that needs replacing, I also lack the acumen to fix it myself 😎

If your in a Condo then the building should have at least one engineer working there that I'm sure would install a nw one for you for a small fee.  Just ask in the juristic office.

There are kits with flush valves and fill valves (universal kits for small volume bogs) at hardware stores and as long as you have pliers you can change both in 20 minutes 

Try that huge one near VC hotel that looks like it's been open since the war. Not Vietnam war, Civil War.
