I wanted to transfer an eSIM to a new Android phone, which isn’t quite easy to do from Europe. In any case, I didn’t get any help through the dtac app. So I used the free Satellite app to call the international dtac support number +66 2202 8100, and immediately got a woman on the line who spoke English well. She sent me a link via text message to the eSIM of my old phone, so I could go through the verification process again (copy of my passport and a selfie), and she gave me a special email address that was specific to my case. After I confirmed via email that the verification was successful, I received an email with the QR code for the new phone. Maybe this information will be useful to others.
