Hello ... Any recommendations for a good condo in VT6 (prefered) or elsewhere with 2 Bedrooms and a hall with kitchenette? Coming with a friend in July and don't want to share room but don't want to book two separate condos either.

Even a villa in Jomtien or elsewhere is fine. Can also do a suite etc.

Pls recommend from personal stay experiences only or if you are an owner.

Budget between 10-15 k THB for 7 nights.

I've lived in VT6 for six months and stayed about the same time in total at Grand Boulevard over the last few years.

VT6 is a great location but older and has a lot of budget short-time guests who love to party in their shared room. Sound proofing isn't great. Avoid a Hilton-facing room below about level 20. You will be facing the loading bay and car park for Central Mall.

Grand Avenue is between Second Road and Soi Bukhao behind Avenue Shopping Mall. Almost exclusively longer-term guests. A lot quieter but beware of the construction of a new condo.

Both have two-bedroom condos. VT6 condos are bigger, with some over 100m2. Grand Avenue two-bedroom units are mostly about 65m2. The quality of each depends on the owner. Quality can vary a lot, especially VT6.

EDGE Central on Second Road opposite Mike Shopping Mall is a more modern building and much better quality, but the units are smaller. There are a few two-bedroom units. I've stayed at EDGE numerous times for between one and three months. The South-facing rooms get noise from a beer bar complex on that side. I only stay North-facing higher floor. My next two Pattaya trips are already booked. I'll be staying at EDGE Central.

Airbnb is good for looking for a seven-day stay.

Hope this helps.
