Bangkok hospital but we aware, if money is an issue, they will likely try to "oversell" in form of examination that may not be needed.

 Colonoscopy

1: Search word colonoscopy (Far Left of the search bar)

2: Click on "Everywhere" (Middle of the search bar)

3: Click on Spy glass (Far Right of the search bar)

You probably should get yourself to a hospital rather than a clinic. Pick a hospital that's closest to you.
