Need Aparment, Condo for at least one month (last week of June)

My buddy is looking for a an apartment, hotel room, condo, etc. Must have internet access and close to WS and no issues with bringing girls to loom. One possibility is the Pattaya Beach Resort (behind Avenues), they are currently advertising for 14,000 (~$411)/month, which I think is an excellent deal (but it is only for a standard room). Anything better out there?
