One or two month stay summer 2026

Hello I would like to know if it is posible to find a condo 35m2 mini, for less than 13000 bath but for only one or two month stay max. ? I am looking for something quiet if possible in jomtien or bang sare. The minimum I found is always for 3 month stay mini.

What would you advise to avoid scammer? Don't pay any deposits? But if I don't how can you book it ?

VT5 is a newer building and would cost more per month to rent a room

VT1 (Building A) is a nice location, but the rooms are older.
