There are a few places that offer genuine Karsai massage by a person with a decent amount of training. I was looking into it when i was in Chiang Mai. The most reputed person in the area is someone called Tangmo who has basically trained most of the other girls that specialise in karsai. She works at Daisuki Massage. At All About Touch, the person with the most training is Yuyie. Both offer a style of karsai where you are not supposed to have a happy ending. Neither was available when i was there. I was going there primarily for the hoped for benefits. I ended up seeing Nadear and she does a different style and is pretty brutal to say the least. It was very full on. It was an interesting experience but I didn't get the benefits that I had hoped for, although there are plenty of good reviews. I found the experience kind of fun but I'm not sure I'd do it again. It was a very intense and at times bordering on painful experience that gave me thrush, probably due to the sheer intensity. Nadear is a very good and very strong massuesse. I didn't get the impression that she was massively enamoured with giving me a karsai massage but if you are younger than me, that might not be the case. She was clearly a nice person either way and it wasn't an awkward experience.

I'll add actually that the karsai massage isn't supposed to be a sex massage like the lingam one. Places like All About Touch are basically happy ending massage parlours so they are selling this as a therepeutic massage, while their core business is the opposite. It feels like a strange mix. The massage involves being covered in oil so hot that you cry out in pain, a leg massage, then your stomach is massaged with the massuesse putting all of her weight on you. It's extremely tough, or it certainly was by Nadear. Not that I have a great deal of experience of massage but she is a very, very strong woman. Then you get a very full on kneeding of the meat and veg that is pretty hardcore - I actually started laughing because I was in such pain and this loosened her up a bit and made things more fun. Then you get a prostate massage with a rubber glove while on all fours and then a back and neck massage. Most of the massuesses at the two places that I mentioned recommend that you don't ejaculate for quite a while after the treatment and they recommend not to have a happy ending. All massages at those two places come with a happy ending so, as I said, it's a bit of an odd mix. They do karsai by one of the normal massuesses who have had minimal traning and karsai plus which is 90 minutes long and the massuesse has done a fair bit. I went for the plus. I haven't had the lingam but I suspect that is what you are looking for.

You can have a happy ending if you want. Some of them recommend not to as they believe that it stops the therapy from taking full effect. I didn't see much in the way of benefits after one session anyway. All About Touch do actually warn about how full on Nadear is on their website and they tell you not to eat before if you are seeing her specifically. Some of the other girls might not be as tough but I'm pretty certain that karsai is probably pretty rough anyway. A deep massage of the stomach necessitates being pretty intrusive, I'd imagine. I'm not surprised I got thrush at all. Hot oils all over the old chap. I don't think my skin is the most robust. Certainly not down there anyway. The skin on my face is like an old leather handbag. Come to think of it, there was a guy on one of their noticeboards accusing the massuesse of giving him an STI so, as the massueses there don't do anything other than happy endings, I would assume that he had the same.

 

Karsai is quite an odd experience. If you are going there for a happy ending, go for the lingam. That sounds far less like a labour of love.

If you found yourself in Pattaya, this ain't a painful experience. 

I found this towards the end of my trip, otherwise, I would have visited them at least once a week. You'll get the "on all 4"  experience also, with a Latex glove finger up your bunghole.

The mamasan Master Trainer has a shop in Jomtien also. This one is on Klang.

They also do give regular massages, which I would highly recommend. That travel pillow for your head makes all the difference in comfort.

These two places definitely have masseusses that have had, I think, at least 2 years of training in karsai. You can get karsai in lots of places but these people are, supposedly, specialists. Based on my experience, it does seem quite specialised. You can get a happy ending. They will offer one to you. They offer other kinds of massage as well.

I wouldn't have any fear if you are thinking of giving it a try. I have been known to exaggerate on occasion and I have the tolerance for pain of a 3 year old boy. If you want a happy ending massage do not go to these places and have a karsai massage. You are paying a premium price for a very specialised service that is only partially meant to be pleasurable. A ten plus minute hard stomach massage is not going to give you any pleasure at all. It is supposed to rejuvenate your powers of potency.
