I got a twinrix vaccine 4 years ago , in total three shots ,take about 6 months to do them all but the you are protected for at least 10 years , why take the risk if you can avoid it.

Many BM's seem almost paranoid when it comes to HIV but Hep B is far more contagious and can be just as deadly yet it is so easily avoided not by just not just by taking the normal precautions you would against catching HIV i.e. condoms but by getting vaccinated unfortunately we still have not found either a cure or vaccination for HIV.

 

Medical science has advanced astronomically over the last 100 years it's in your own interest to take advantage of it or suffer the consequences.

 

Of course abstinence is always another option at least for some.
