Whats the deal and the word on the ground.. for me this is a game changer.. part of the major appeal about thailand is the safety and relaxation involved. not having to look over my shoulder and enjoy..  i loved being able to walk around with a beer into the late hrs..  now a 10k baht fine is that the case.. i know thailand may or may not enforce it but damn... if this is the case it will definitely detract alot of us.. any way whats the word.

Reading between the lines it appears absolutely nothing is really going to change.

You can stick your snout out the curtains worry about what is going on like the nosey bat from bewitched or carry on as normal.
