I’m thinking about coming to Pattaya mid December and leaving in 31st 1(15 days). 

I have been looking at these two hotels. I wonder if anyone in this forum was stayed in these and what do you think about them. They look really good for their price. Smart place 373USD and Curve is 329USD, 15 nights. 

Honestly haven't heard of either of them. Smart Place has good reviews and is closer to the action (especially if soi Bong Koch gent clubs are your thing.

Curve boutique, looks ok , but too far from the any of the action for me

Smart place looks way better than it is, you pay for 1 star, you get 1 star...

I don’t know either of these hotels. As @Jagaar says, you can forget Curve as it location is out on the Sukhumvit near Index Living Mall. Smart looks a decent budget option and isn’t an ok spot on Soi Bong Koch.

after searching a while i found srinn hotel, looks pretty good.

This looks like a new hotel, as I’ve never come across it before. It’s in a good spot, it’s further towards Klang than Quba hotel… maybe around five minutes to the top of Soi Buhakow. I would appreciate it if you would be good enough to do a quick review after staying there. Thanks. 👍

As my travel got delayed by a whole month, i got better options. Now im staying at Kokotel south. Gonna review it when my stay finishes

So, I actually stayed at Srinn for 2 days last September. I was staying at KTK but hadn’t finalised on my condo by the time I had to check out of KTK. Noticed Srinn close by and had a look on Agoda, it was going for 600 baht a night so I happened to book it for a couple days while I was finalising the condo. 
 

The room is basic and nothing crazy but the hotel was new so everything was super clean and spotless. Had a decent sized wardrobe, a safety box in the room, the rooms have a balcony, and the aircon worked really well. The bathroom is really small and there’s not much separation between the shower area and the toilet so the whole thing gets super wet but it didn’t really bother me much because I was simply looking for a cheap place to keep my luggage in for 2 days. The staff was super friendly. There’s no elevator in the hotel so you have to use the stairs, but I don’t think there’s too many floors in the hotel(don’t remember how many there were tbh). 
 

For the price that I paid, I thought it was pretty good. Can’t really fault the room or the hotel much, the bathroom could have been planned/done better but other than that, for the price, it was pretty good for a couple days.
