it is sterile water with 0.9% benzoyl alcohol added to inhibit bacteria growth and it is used to dilute drugs taken with a syringe. 

Fascino would be a logical next step then a hospital pharmacy if they lack it.

Not sure what you’re planning to use it for, but I think some of the gym crowd in Pattaya might be able to point you in the right direction, if you know what I mean haha.
 

Worse case scenario you might have to consider catching a bus to a nearby town to get what you want.

I order mine online from Milo labs which are in Phuket but arrive I think overnight or worst case 2 days.

If that big one at near pier 21 does not have it then nobody does.

I cannot even get alcoholic wipes from the ordinary pharmacy here.
