Block member?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to block a member you don't want to see post/replies from?

Go under the board menu to your profile. One setting there is block member (you enter their name and it will filter down to them). You can block posts and DMs, so in a thread their posts are hidden (but are visible if someone quotes them).

I see an "ignored users" option which I assume is the same?  Do I need to add an '@' in front of the name like when calling it out?

EDIT: Tried it, answers are Yes and No.  Thanks again.

If I ignore you and the thread you start or reply to, it is noted in a different way for me

For anyone new just add ignored user by typing in their name so Joe123 will come is as you type Joe, Joe1 Joe12 etc. No @ signs needed.

I don't know the purpose of ignoring signatures but I guess you can see the post and not the signature (maybe too large, crude, etc?).
