Regarding CAM fees, can anybody say how the cam fees are in general. Do the older buildings in Pattaya/ Jomtien have lower maintenance fees, or is it a bit more random than that. For example Jomtien beach Mountain 3 is a lot cheaper than Jada beach condo. My guess is it is considered more upmarket, same size condo space

BMs that own will know more than me but the fees for my current rental appeared on my water bill so I have an idea, and friends have/do own(ed).

I’m in a (very) old building and the annual fees for a large studio were just under 11000 baht BUT the AGM voted to agree a supplement, they do each year, of about 8000 baht to make sure proper maintenance can be done.

Friends are in much newer condos and one pays around 20000 baht for a 39sqm studio while the other was paying about 25k (I think) for a 2-bed that wasn’t huge.

My understanding is that some of the very new ‘luxury’ developments have much higher fees.
