But honestly.   What will he really get ?   We will never know,   but majority of the time these guys are let off just by paying some baht.     

Did they test is Blood Alcohol Level?   Was he Under the influence too.

I heard the Thai lady is in a coma so he better be hit with more than just a fine.

Outcome is based on accused and or his family’s financial means. Nothing to do with victim’s condition. They will attempt to secure some sort of compensation, more like finder’s fees.

The rumour mill says she died. CPR was apparently done at scene, with cardiac arrest outcomes from trauma usually never ending in a happy way 

Updates based on messages from Tony the owner of Babylon.

Firstly Nang had a 7 hour operation yesterday and at first appeared to be stable. However last night her condition worsened with severe swelling and she was taken into the ICU.

She needed CPR resuscitation early this afternoon and she fought on, but her family were advised if it happened again they should let her go. Tragically, at 315pm this afternoon, Nang died.

Many of her fellow girls from Babylon and Tony were at the hospital. Clearly this is a devastating moment for the Babylon family, and is a shock to all of us who are part of the Babylon community.

Nang was a lovely soul, a heart of gold, and always a smile for anyone. A fund has been setup for her family, I will let Tony or Woody share the details, but I will ask that people concentrate on condolences and sorrow for Nang and her wider family at this moment rather than comment on the worthless toerag who has caused all this pain.

RIP Nang, gone way too soon. It makes no sense, just because of one idiot, who first tried to lie his way out of this! Makes me soo angry!!!

A tew hours before this tragedy he was down the soi 5 of Pratamnak, on the road to Dongtan Beach with the same E-motorbike and his friend sitting behind. (his friend is the one you see on the video where people are chasing him at the scene of the accident.) On the road to Dongtan beach I noticed them running their motorbike towards people, laughing to scare them, It was around 5:30 pm. When my girlfriend came out of the 7/11 (at the corner of soi 5 and Haad Yinh Yohm) they almost hit her. She screamed and they gave her the finger. Having seen them both up close, I can say they are the same ones. I feel rage inside me for having crossed paths with these two murderers. I wonder if at the time of the accident the young dark haired man dressed in black was on the same motorbike as the blond one, like in the afternoon, or if he was accompanying him on another two-wheeler. And I wonder why all the news and publications mention only one guy as they were both...

Now named as a 22 year old from Doncaster UK previously jailed in the UK for drug dealing as an 18 year old...

he`s looking at 10 years and rightfully so.

Vehicular Homicide ... all for a meaningless stunt on a motorbike. 

So easy to find an empty parking lot to do this shit. 

So unnecessary and saddening.

The British underclass do not care anything for the consequences of their actions. Their immediate reaction is to blame others. Right now he will see himself as the victim. Back home you can imagine his inbred underclass family will be spinning a tale of how he is being setup in. Rather than being consumed by remorse he will be consumed by ideas of how to extricate himself from his predicament. By hook or by crook he will look to find a way out. And in Thailand that always seems to be a possibility.

Unfortunately you are correct. However, the main reason that this behaviour is so prevalent in the UK, is that they know both the police and the Judicial system will work more 'with' them rather than act as strict disciplinarians.

Well, now he is going to find out the hard way.

I hope that he does NOT enjoy 10+ years in a Thai prison.
