October I am looking at Golden Sea, Dania or Sunview place. Roughly same price any views on which one is better?

Out of these I have seen good reviews and videos of golden sea and it looks the best. If you're looking for hotels in that budget I personally would consider kokotel south too along with 247 boutique (a smidge pricier). Have stayed at 247 and it is great if you can get it for a good price. Nalanta is another one nearby which is currently going for 900b a night this month. Great budget hotel. 

 

My budget is usually 900-1300 baht and I like buakhow and our of all these I have mentioned Nalanta/247 would be my choices for under 1000 baht during off peak season. 

I've stayed at Golden Sea and Sunview Place. Golden Sea was best for me, I did invest in a mattress topper from Lazarda last trip which improved their quite solid beds. Sunview only allow one guest per day, you pay a visitor fee for any further ones and just for info, ladyboys are not allowed entry. Can be very noisy there too overlooking a quite busy area of Buakhao (7/11, food cards, a bloody noisy karaoke type club).
