Can they be fixed and how long are you in Pattaya? There are a few shops in Pattaya selling Bose equipment but will assume the headset need to be sent to Bangkok for repair. Have you asked the the repair shops on 3rd floor Tukcom?

not in pattaya yet,soon though ,the problem is they won't switch off,therfore the battery looses charge,i  will try the repair shop as you have indicated, thanks.

Send them back to Bose - their customer service is second to none I always find, and if they are still in warrantee it won't cost you a penny even postage. If not, set fee, and they will replace for  new for that price if they can not fix them.

I second this comment. Two years ago, I called them regarding my BOSE headphones. I had the headphones for several years but they would not turn off. BOSE simply replaced them at no cost to me. Great customer service.
