They can put up all the blaady lights they want 99% will be ignored.....TIT.

What's needed is a metal barrier that comes down on red lights ....or some serious enforcement!

 

At the moment crossings present more of a risk to pedestrians as some assume that cars will stop.

The one installed next to Pattaya Night Market has been dysfunctional for nearly 2 years. I suspect it is deliberately disconnected to improve traffic flow on the Second Rd. 🙈

That would not stop them, you only have to look at railway level crossings to see that.

For many years, the only one I have found that works as it should, is outside City Hall.

Yes city need a lot of upgrades, especially in beach road as it’s most touristy , I hope they can enforce more organized for motorbike and tuktuk
