Where to live in Jomtien if I want to be well connected to central Pattaya transportwise.

Also what's the best way to get there, baht bus, bolt or other?

I live in The Axis. I can go to Myst Club in 5 minutes by bolt moto taxi. There is also a bath bus. I like The Axis; it is not perfect, but it doesn't have big problems. The problem for me is that the gym doesn't have much equipment. The air conditioners in my condo are loud, and they don't have an inverter option.

I checked the maps Unixx South Pattaya looks very close to the walking street.

Anywhere from Grande Caribbean to View Talay 2 has the best access to baht busses and bolt taxis.  Once you go south of View Talay 2 the baht bus route goes in a loop, south along beach road and north along second road, so anywhere you stay (Gallery, Copacabana, Riviera, Rimhad, Atlantis, View Talay 7, 8, etc.) you'll be fine in one direction and have a bit of a walk in the other direction.

Plenty of rental condos in Jomtien. It depends on facilities you want and your budget.

I usually stay at View Talay 7, but this year I stayed at Copacabana.

Easy enough to get into Pattaya by Baht Bus, but these can be full at times. I would get a Bolt, when I last used Bolt to get to View Talay 6 Pattaya from Jomtien regularly it only cost 70 Baht. That was a couple of years ago so will have gone up but still probably worth paying.
