The only one I knew of was the Urban. Not sure if they still do month to month.

I am only looking for centrally located ones, or at least with frequent bath bus to central Pattaya.

That has nothing to do with the Condo Building. It's down to the owner if he rents them out by the month or just on a long lease. Go to airbnb and have a search. You will find nearly every condo in Pattaya there.

Air BnB has a list.

These guys are right. For a 1 or 2 month stay, vacation rentals are the best value. A whole condo can be had for the cost of a pretty cheap hotel room. Just don't expect the great value that can be found in longterm rentals. It's a different market.

Diana Estate on Soi Boukhao opposite Treetown has a couple of agents that do short term rentals. Look up 'Meow's Rentals' and 'Oasis rentals'. Gym, 2 swimming pools, small restaurant and laundry on site.
