Locations are both fine for me, but the first one is better located and around 90€ cheaper for 2 weeks. Second one have bigger room.

Pratumnak Soi 5 is one of my favorite locations. I haven’t stayed at the Rizin, but have stayed in just about every other hotel on the Soi. My favorite hotels on that Soi are Lewit and Sirin. If you do end up staying at the Rizin, would appreciate any feedback you can give us.

I've stayed at the Rizin just off Soi 15 many times, including different size rooms. It really is very nice, looks very new. Rooms are big and stylish, management was very helpful. Please note all my experience here was in 2022. Two major drawbacks, you aren't walking anywhere from that far off Thappraya, except to Rage Fight Academy next door, and the refrigerator in every room is a very small one designed to be used as a mini-bar display fridge.

I was getting rooms here frequently to use as my ST room, in keeping with my "NO PUTAS EN LA CASA" policy, while I was living nearby at the Treetops Condo. It was during all the travel restrictions in early 2022, I was paying 1000 THB per night.

not a real problem for me, i always rent motorbike. Of course Pratamank soi5 is MUCH better location, and cheaper price.

But reviews on Booking are very mixed about Rizin soi5, some people wrote that is super quiet at night but others complain that the walls are paper thin and you can heard everything's from next rooms. Which is a bit absurd as the hotel is just brand new and is less than 2 years old.
