Im apreciated any information to start research for a long stay accomodation.

I will need something for almost two mounth. Until i have the time to know more of the city and look for a place to stay longer. That should be easy for me to found in Pattaya. But need to be in Bkk.

I will apreciate also information of the diferents areas of the city, with aventages and disaventages for a low income, single farang to live those areas..

My work place is going a be in near Silom, but dont mind take public transport o walk 20 minutes.

Thanks for the help you can provide me, and hope will be usefull for others.

For some of the best deals around Bangkok, and still near the skytrain or subway, I would say Chatuchak, Ratchada, Phayathai, Saphan Kwai or Victory Monument areas are the best. If you really want to find the best deal, then take the subway to Lad Prao and walk around also.
