Anyone stayed at the Seven Seas Hotel in Phuket?

Looking at staying here next month, the rates seem good and its by Patong beach.

 

Can anyone tell me what the place is like, what you paid? and how far is it from Bangla road etc?

some reviews and a map and I'd estimate at least a 15 minute brisk walk although not stayed at the hotel have walked from this area back to bangla road
