I was looking at ways of keeping active around the house, so i got a full table tennis set. I'd recommend it to those that need to start being a bit more active.

 

I just had a game of table tennis in pitch black, I can't believe how much fun it is, just launching them at each other except the missis hid under the table. lol

 

Anyone got any other ideas for keeping active indoors, apart from the obvious one?

I couldn't agree more about table tennis... I downloaded an app for my iPhone the other day and it includes playing table tennis.... Has me in a sweat everytime :FYI1:

Kids inflatable swimming pool - $20

10 gallons vegetable oil - $60

Wrestling w/2-3 TGs in said oil - priceless

How about real table tennis, or ping pong, call it what you will? I love to play and am a decent player. It's my favorite kind of exercise. There is a good table at the Queen hotel on Pattaya Klang, where anyone can play for the price of a 25 baht water. My regular partner will be leaving town soon. Anyone like to play for fun and exercise?
