54 year old, vandalizing property.    Pretty sure this guy makes bad decisions and failed at life.

Four simple and humble observations:

1. He's 54 and dressed like a 12-year-old. There's your first clue something's off.

2. Imagine being in a city like Pattaya — sunshine, good food, and beautiful women everywhere — and your thought process is, “Duurrrr... instead of enjoying myself, I’m gonna spray paint my initials around town.” Genius move.

3. This guy is no Rembrandt. His “art” looks like he wrote “do do do” in kindergarten font. Embarrassing stuff.

4. Throw the book at him and send him packing. He can go back to Canada and tag his mom’s garage if he’s feeling creative.

In my view almost all grafiti is both ugly and unnecessary.   Its quite prevelant in some countries.

I'm a tolerant, liberal kind of guy.  But I think the police should have strongly cracked down on it and cities should be free of grafiti.   

Not sure why police forces, governments, have allowed so much grafiti.    Pattaya has caught this guy, why cant other countries do it ? Use CCTV, etc.

Lisbon has a few streets where grafiti is allowed, which is perhaps a sort of solution.
