I have been using Mr.Pim for years but today for the first time he wants me to call him after picking up my luggage the BKK swampy...i said 1000 bht since that's what I have been paying..is this the way it's done since going through immigration takes a long time? What's the going rate for a taxi from the airport to soi buakow Rcon hotel area? Maybe it is the way it's is.. especially during the highest of the high season?.now song krang..?.thanx. Donno the Pim guy but they can save a few THB by avoiding the [paid ] parking facilities at BKK. As you been using him for years you'll be the best to know, drill and prices

Sounds like the driver is outside the airport and wants to drive up to arrivals which is a pain in the ass because you have to figure out which car and driver is yours. And they aren't allowed to linger there either, so you sweat your ball sack until he pulls up.

To save 200B over others I wouldn't do this.

Mr. T is 1200B and will be inside with a sign and the driver will handle your luggage cart while you go down to B for cash if you want.
