For those that have stayed, how were your experiences here? The prices seem to be pretty good online, good location and reviews seem generally more positive compared to others nearby.

I stayed with them when I first arrived in Pattaya. My experience was, what you see is what you get.

They offered me 14th or 24th floor - both Hilton side. At the time it was a very good price.

PM me your dates if you want me to enquire with my old agent there... he has good prices and is straight up honest.

Absolutely spot on, however I would go further and say avoid Hilton side as the goods inwards for Central is the road below and can get very noisy in the early hours.

Especially when the boy racers on their modified noisy scooters love riding through that road at all hours of the night, using it like a sound tunnel!!

Yes, but you can hardly hear that noise when you’re 18 floor up.
only if you sleep with the terrace door open
and if you sleep with the aircon, it will overcome the noise from street below

The studios do look pretty cheap. I liked the look of the 1br. But it is $170+ per night is not competitive with hotels given the limits of an apt vs. hotel and old buidling.

Then you have a condo with bad soundproof.

At the risk of repeating VT6 info from this and other forums, the location cannot be beat. Walk to Central Festival Mall, LK Metro, private access to Beach Road, and a short baht bus ride to Soi 6. Most studio units are 48 sqm, which is larger than the average hotel room.

I'm staying in a unit on the 26th floor on the Pattaya beach side in a few weeks. It has a private balcony and a sweeping view of the bay. I have booked via Dancewatchers and my net cost after all fees is $61. (USD) per night.

Seems like a good deal. My comment was about the 1br. I am not staying in a studio/single room for personal reasons.

I stayed at the open ground side which had pattaya sign board visible and the beach view was not much spectacular but can be a good catch in that price of ~40-50$/ night , I could hear noises from neighbours TV all night it was irritating, aircon was leaking , had few fuck off moments but I wouldn't stay there again

Just to add, the security guys at VT6 are all friendly and helpful.
