Has anyone stayed at the relatively new One Cozy Living yet? It was still being built when i was in Pattaya last April but it appears to be fully open now. I favor the Soi 10 / Soi Honey area so this hotel is ideally located for me. Last year i stayed at its sister hotel the refurbished One Bay Breeze but it wasn't quite for me, but this is a complete new build and the rooms seem slightly larger than average for the area at 31 to 47sqm. Pricing seems quite erratic across the sites at the moment ranging from £37 to almost double that for the entry level rooms

Interested to know why the One Bay Breeze wasn’t for you?

I stayed in one of the larger rooms and the furniture ( which was different from the furniture  in the smaller standard rooms ) was so uncomfortable that it was actually giving me back pain. Asked repeatedly over three days if they would swap one of the chairs around before having to bribe one of the cleaners to open an unused room and do it myself.

Also during the 10 days that i was there they weren't checking / holding girls id's although other reports from other stays suggested that this might not always be the case.

Good to hear your thoughts. I usually use the chairs to put my clothes on so never sat on them but the hotel are pretty accommodating.

They have always taken the girls IDs but that’s usually because when I pick them up from the lobby, I tell them to pull out their IDs. I have never invited a girl under 20 but I’m sure they would be fine. I didn’t know you could avoid the ID process, I may avoid for some girls as it becomes a chore.

Location and price wise, it’s great. There are some good apartments nearby that have even better reviews that I’m thinking about trying.
