I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask if anyone’s noticed whether vape gear is still being openly sold around Walking Street or if it's gone more underground? I’ll be in town next month and curious how strict the enforcement feels now. Also wondering if customs at the airport are checking incoming luggage for vapes more than before.

Recently I have seen ladies that sell flowers in the street when you wave them away will open the hand that holds the flowers which is also holding a vape and then try to sell you that.

Quick update — I actually got stopped last week near LK Metro, and they checked my backpack. I had a Hayati Pro Ultra in there, and surprisingly they didn’t seem to care. Still, I wouldn’t rely on that every time — it really depends on the officer and how visible your gear is. Best to keep it low-key and avoid using it in busy spots.

Not on Walking Street, but yesterday and a few days before I was openly offered vapes by intrusive street peddlers on Pattaya Beach Road as well as Jomtien Beach. So it seems quite relaxed these days.
