I think that this is the same fine outstanding citizen that drives up and down Jomtien beach road with 100db+ music blaring from his Bentley convertible.

Probably why he doesn't think the lion is causing a disturbance.

Same lion, same Bentley dude, same house. All that drama of involving one Thai, one Ukranian, one SriLankan, multi agency investigation - Police and Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation. They arrested first two and third had left the country. Daily press release from both authorities for a week on  investigation progress. More raids followed on others having wild animals without permit, animals seized etc. 

It turns out that the lion had been microchipped and officially allowed to keep the lion but in a different province. An application had been made to move it to Chonburi and it was in progress then when he was seen with the lion. 

Morale of the story. If you own a Bentley, you can own anything and I not talking about the lion.

In the Bentley incident, he left the country when the investigation began so they reported it a such. He runs a major company in Sri Lanka and Patts must be his weekend dig. He obviously is back. See my last sentence in my first post. 

His Ukranian caretaker was deported over immigration. 

The guy has multiple allegations of him perving at girls back in his country. I assume the lion is a chick magnet similar to guys with dogs that you see in Richmond Park hitting at women walking their dogs.
