Following someone = stalking them

I saw a few posts from people that either amused me or I found good value so clicked the "Follow" button not really having a clue as to what it would do.

Well it informs me of their every move on here like I am some sort of predator.

This may be true but my predatory instincts are not directed at members here.

I sent a few messages saying I am going to unfollow them which I suspect makes me appear like more of a stalker when all I am trying to explain is that it is nothing anyone has done that has motivated this.

If you get a notification that I unfollowed, it's nothing personal:)

The point you raised was definitely a concern of mine, it's a slippery slope, one minute you are following someone on a forum, the next Bruce the brickie is showing more arse crack than is polite and you realise it's making you hard.
