I took the negatives away as it cause too many fights/arguments and some have decided to use the "Sad" one in it's place.

One or two member have been banned for persistent misuse after being told not to.

I think what you said above is really important.

There needs to be some accountability for people that make a lot of posts of very low quality.

Its a much better place now. Hardly see negatives previously weaponised by a select few which you can count on one hand. My guess is something was done at the back end. (human not technical). Rendition would be right as one chap has a total change.  

Anyway, you still need the negatives so i know for me I made some inappropriate, silly comments or on the wrong track of a discussion.
