I had an Upper Blepharoplasty performed in Yahnee hospital Bangkok in 2019. The cost at the time was 27500 Baht .Their website now lists the price at 33500Baht. I was happy with the treatment .I was 40 at the time . I just made an appointment via the web . They asked me to send some front and side photos.

I had some some hereditary skin folds over both eyes. I was on site for maybe 4 hours total. I returned a few days later for the stitches to be removed. It takes about 6 months to fully heal. The first 10 days I looked like a had black eyes due to the bruising .  It rapidly healed after that . If you wanted the the outcome to be perfectly symmetrical I suggest you go to a more expensive hospital or clinic.

Have seen some people with visible scares afterwards.
They let it be done by "EYE surgeons" which should be avoided!!
The scare (stitches) visible for rest of their life.

To ensure (as much as possible) successful result:
Trust only "Plastic surgeons", more expensive but is worth it!
