My bet is that the police report is the more accurate version of events.

But I haven't read the Daily Mail version. 555.

Lets all agree that all farangs arrested and detained in Asia are innocent. If they did anything wrong and got caught on video, it is always out of character.

As soon as I see "Daily Mail" I disregard the story. Can't be bothered to research but I have a vague memory that the Daily Mail got banned by Thailand for running a story they didn't like? Ever since the DM has run a vendetta of anti-Thai stories?

I never judge unless I have witnessed first hand....and as regarding the honesty and integrity of the Thai police well that`s another matter.
