Maybe the owner didn't wanted to admit the stuff he sold for thb 600/gr was only worth 60...and the idiot didn't knew better

Back when I was selling to the dispensaries in California, they all had huge safes to store their product when the shop was closed. Break-ins were very common at those places. 

So he probably took all the cheap stuff that wouldn't fit in the safe.
