Recieving OTP in Holland from an Thai Simcard.

Looking for a Thai carrier (AIS, TRUE, etc) that will send OTP codes when in Holland.
Does anyone have carrier or a trick to make it work?
I have True at the moment, but as soon as i leave Thailand the OTP's stop.

By OTP, do you mean OTPs received in text messages?

I use AIS and receive both texts and calls in the UK, my account is always in credit, but I don't buy a roaming package.

When in the UK I turn off mobile data on the AIS SIM and use the UK SIM, the phone has two SIMs.

Likewise, the UK SIM receives both texts and calls in Thailand.

It even works in Dubai when I am waiting for my next flight.

It is a AIS PAYG SIM I top up, had it for about 10 years, and it just works, I haven't had to do any configuration.

I think, from memory AIS have a peering agreement with EE in the UK.

Maybe check to see if either AIS or True have a peering agreement in Holland?

A few years back you had to ask True to enable Roaming on your SIm. Not sure if it is still the same. I get OTP texts fine in the UK.

I use AIS and I can generally receive SMS messages (including OTPs from Thai banks) while I'm roaming abroad just fine. No experience specifically with Holland though.

As a fallback, with AIS I can also use "Voice over WiFi". Despite its name, it can be used for receiving SMS as well, not just for voice calls. So if and when it doesn't work via international roaming, I connect to a WiFi network and disable mobile network connections. So far, that has always worked reliably.

I have DTAC / True simcard. When I in Holland and I disable mobile internet on phone and use WIFI on phone with Thai simcard internet DTAC and I get code SMS.
