Hygiene tips

On my last trip I got a skin infection that took several months to clear up and I also seem to have gotten a fungus in my mouth. Luckily I didn't get any STDs.
I have sex with a condom, except if it's oral, and I usually do DFK. I wanted to ask which higienetricks or hygiene routines to use to minimize the risks of contracting any disease, I'm not thinking particularly about ETS. 
I have the following in mind:

• Do not share towels with freelancers and wash them after one use.
• Bring your own towel to Soi 6? Sounds stupid but I am tired of receiving wet towels that have been used before.
• Do not use cheap gel and try to buy one with properties that prevent fungus infections, such as gel with tea tree oil.
• Use mouthwash.

What other tips come to mind?

I often use a chlorhexidine based body wash, and shower immediately after. There is also a mouthwash with chlorhexidine %2, maybe overkill, maybe not.... but another tool in the toolbox

What other tips come to mind?

Oral paste, if you feel something in your mouth or on your lips, put it on right away, it's antbiotic. Can be bought in pharmacy.

I use it together with amoxicillin tabletts when some fungus or similar is developing in the mouth area.

I cover my dick, but problems occur always on my mouth recently, i guess from dfk and cunnilingus.

Listerine or similar is standard.
