looking for poolvilla in Pattaya

I wonderd if anyone could recommend a nice guest-friend place in Pattaya with private pool ( budget +- 150 euro/night, more if worth it) for end feb / begin march?  I had a look at Ip plus pool Villa, but it's a bit out of the "fun-center" and it's not clear how private the private pool actually is. All recommendations are welcome.

Same question for "themed rooms" (with lovechair or swing or..... ) Any of them around you would recommend? 

If anyone wants to meet up - let me know ( 28/02/2025 to 15/03/2025)
