Hotel Choice....help me make up my mind

Am going to visit Pattaya again at end of June/beginning of July.....and am undecided on which hotel to stay at. I have been to Pattaya many times over past decade, but have only stayed at one of following 3 hotels......each has pro's/con's. Personally, I enjoy trolling walking street moreso than other Soi's.....Looking for some input/opinions.......help me make up my mind....

Pattaya Bay Resort - stayed there for first time last trip. Pro's: Very nice hotel, more quiet than others, clean room, good internet connection, pool on top floor, not expensive..... Con's: a little ways away from the action....need to take their tuk-tuk to/from second road, then hoof it either to walking street or other places. A little bit of a pain in the rear heading back there after a night of drinking.....definitely don't want to take a moped and end up bouncing off the street.

Secrets Hotel - Stayed there several times Pro's: Nice for the price. Clean rooms....very near the action with many great bars right there. Can easily fall out of hotel to walking street at any time of day/night. Plus, I enjoy Secrets bar. Good internet, good service. Con's: very spartan accomodations in room (specifically chair and table, look like something out of my grammar school classroom), can be a little noisy in day/sleeping hours.....

Penthouse Hotel - First hotel I ever stayed at.....have stayed there many times as well. Pro's - near action, although now most of the action near this hotel has shifted to boys vice BG's.....hotel rooms are setup for sex/wild times....disco stages, hot tubs, "exercise" swings, mood lighting.....porn on TV....to me this is the place to take a wild BG or 3 on just have at it. Con's: yes, I have seen roaches/bugs here....have to make a non-refundable deposit via internet to book a room, rooms are probably a little more pricey than need be, and can be noisy during day.
