This may be a weird question.

Had anyone got a yeast infection under at the join of the foreskin and penis glance?

I started getting it few months ago and went to the doctor back home who gave me the anti fungal cream to apply. It went away after using for 1-2 weeks and then came back again after 1-2 months. Doctor advised that its hard to get rid of and nothing worry about.

Has anyone had such experience? Would you recommend a doctor in Pattaya for second opinion?

Bangkok Hospital - dont go to the clinics - they mostly useless if you have something "serious" and treat you wrong or not as the guidelines say - for example "general" antibiotics instead of specific ones , etc

it's a disaster in pattaya. they all have it.
this last year they gave me  everything. pattaya has never been like this.

i don't know why, but i guess it's because of the new wave of brown "clean" tourists that have arrived.

i fight it with fluconazole tablets and betamethasone + clotrimazole cream

The doctor in Aus asked me to use Clotromazole cream which makes it go away only to return in a few months. Doctor says nothing to worry about as its hard to get rid of it which is funny as women only need single dose to sort out their thrush

If youre struggling with yeast infections check your blood sugar, its a side effect of type 2 diabeties or at least pre diabeties. the heat doesnt help either.

How can you tell if a lady has it?

Is there a mouldy smell?

A few years ago I invited a gogo girl from PinUp back to my hotel, she had a hairy pussy, I licked her clit briefly, I vaguely remember a mushroom like scent, it wasn't unpleasant, hope she didn't have anything, good thing I used a condom to shag her!

My impression is, a lot of guys bareback more then some years ago. When you read the TF review thread, you see a lot more reviews with bareback as (important) part of the review. Was not the case some years ago.

I do not judge, but for me it's a motivation to use a condom every time.

Bareback has always been very common in Thailand. However, it was only talked about in private. HIV was a big risk going back 20+ years, so talking about BB in an open forum would get a lot of heat from other punters.

HIV is no longer a death sentence, so the there is less of an issue to talk about BB in an open forum.

I personally think people should be more discreet about talking about BB in a public forum. It shouldn't be openly encouraged as it is risky. Yes of course, I have done it with regulars, we all have, but I personally think people should be more discreet about mentioning it here.

Ketoconazole cream can be bought OTC here in Pattaya and works quicker than Clotromazole.

If you wear a condom then you have nothing to worry about. Its ignorant to blame a certain group of people. The people who don't get checked before they arrive to monger are the people to blame. It takes one person start spreading something and this includes guys and girls.

Nope add another plus to the circumcision list of pros.

It's a fungus like athlete's foot (not the same fungus mind you - yeast is Candida Albicans, athlete's foot is Tinea Pedis). If simple clotrimazol cream doesn't work great try Lamisil, Nystatin or even Tinactin cream instead or both. Maybe the tiniest amount prophylactically. You can find a couple of these OTC in the women's area at your pharmacy and the foot health area and both should be generic and cheap.

There are systemic antifungals but they have some issues among them no alcohol 2 days before and after treatment and during. E.g. fluconazole.

It's going away then coming back so you probably won't benefit from systemic treatment.

Keep it clean and maybe powdered, there are antifungal powders also. It comes back because the conditions are ideal. Warm, moist and exposed to the spores. Wear boxers not briefs. Just like athlete's foot for many people and yeast infections which women repeatedly get.

Note even though a penis looks like it has one "eye" it can't glance. The end of your wiener is the glans penis.

anyway if you are in pattaya and not farangland and IF you regularly fuck 4-5 girls a week check carefully anus vagina stomach thighs.
you will see that many have skin disease.

and it has never been like this.
this is confirmed by most of my friends who live here and fuck regularly.

if you are in farangland or if you are locked in a condo with your gf.... well then you have no idea how could you?

I give you updated info from the field of battle, you dont like it not my problem 😂

Thanks. Too late for circumcision. Will try other creams too. Maybe it will increase the spectrum.

I always wear one and still got a yeast infection.

It can be spread by oral.  Hell, you don't even need to have sex to catch it.

Clotrimazole cream + a few fluconazole tablets cleared it right up.

Staying dry down there (after shower for example) and good hygiene can help prevent it, but Thai weather makes these conditions more common than cold climates.

I wasnt talking about the yeast infection. I was targeting the ignorant people that made certain comments
