I couldn't find any from a regular Pharmacy. I found this, but it looks a bit risky to me! https://www.instagram.com/p/DCiaI51SkKY/

According to this site https://www.hum-clinic.com/article/hormone/tirzepatide/

Quote

"As of now, Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) has already been approved by Thai FDA. However, it is expected to be launched and available in Thailand by Q2-Q3 2025."

I'm bringing mine from home now, so I stopped looking, but good luck.

There is an instagram guy in Pattaya that lives with a "harem". He gets the tirzepatide powder and fills his own syringes.

It's barely available in the US or EU and a massive price on lauch c €320.
Anything that rocks up here at much less is fake and potentially just regular insulin, very dangerous.
I dont think the price diff is worth it compared to Ozempic (which will fall in price dramtically in the next 12 months.

There is no GLP-1 agonist specific mechanism for the loss of muscle mass. The fat-free mass (which includes muscle mass) is lost as a part of losing fat mass. The proportion of fat-free mass is still increasing relative to total body mass. The change in body composition is in-line with other equally dramatic weight loss interventions such as bariatric surgery or very low calorie diets.

The reduction of fat-free mass ranges from 0 to 40% of total weight reduction. So it is a non-issue for all but a sub-group of patients (who would be affected by any intervention producing dramatic weight loss). And all people undergoing significant weight reduction (say greater than 10% of bodyweight) should be increasing protein in their diet and taking part in resistance exercise as a matter of course anyway.

Loss of fat-free mass isn’t an important factor when deciding which GLP-1 agonist to use. The whole thing was misinformation from the mainstream media (as per usual) thinking they had an interesting ‘uncommon knowledge’ take on this class of ‘wonder drugs’.
