I stay usually in Acqua hotel too ... sometimes in an Executive Deluxe

But the bathtub is for a TG ... its really tiny ... I cannot go in the Bathtub, as I am not fat (tall, not fat ! :) )

Prices depend of the time of year ...

I prefer the shower from a normal room, as it is bigger and not 3 glass walls ...

I prefer the Executive Deluxe for the nice place with Sofas in front of TV

More to play with a LLT :)

I'm in the Acqua right now too. Superior room is more than enough for a long stay, if you actually get out and do things.

I only use my room to shower, fuck and sleep. Far too many other options available during the day.

I'm staying 28 days and love the smaller room with a simple Shower, over a tiny bath tub.

Just my 5 cents ....

The breakfast at acqua seems good from review videos. Is that something that I can have without actually staying at the hotel? If yes then anyone know the price for it?

Not sure. I go out to other places for breakfast. I usually go to I-Rovers because they have value for money and nice girls walking around. Breakfast in hotels is for families. Get out and sit somewhere where you can watch the world go around.

For those who have stayed here, what's the pool area like? Looking on booking.com it looks absolutely tiny! Is it just the rooftop pool?

Sir are these executive deluxe rooms facing treetown ( noisy side ) or soi honey ( quieter side ) … and are they in the main building ( reception area ) or the other side building ?

Those rooms are usually at the end of the corridor facing soi Honey

I ask for the room in the main building, IDK if there are some in the 2nd building

Just sent an email at the reception ...

I don't stay at The Aqua as the rooms are too small for me but go there quite often for the excellent buffet breakfast. My most recent visit was May 2024 and the buffet was 300 baht at that time. Well worth it as i would typically skip lunch after an Aqua buffet breakfast and just have a slightly earlier dinner

Pool is rooftop. They have sauna and a tiny gym that's never used.

There is a bar at the rooftop as well. Good place to chill for a bit before starting your night. I go swimming there plenty but the pool is a bit small.

Rooms are nice and very clean. But incredibly tiny. Could barely lay out all my luggage. So unless you get one of the fancier ones, be prepared for that. Nothing too crazy though. Bathrooms are nice, but shower only. And a tiny mini fridge.

Breakfast is all you can eat and prob one of the best hotel breakfast selections I've ever had. But my last trip i ended up skipping it entirely because who the fuck wakes up at 7-9am in Pattaya? That's normally when you are just about to sleep.

Overall decent enough place if you can get it for cheap. Only bad experience I had was if you get the shitty tower number 2 you will have incredibly bad time. I got the second tower during 24 Songkran and hated it.

Thanks for the reply. I actually emailed them its 400b for people who dont stay there. Same price for Amethyst. Im not sure if thats worth it since you can order ala carte from some restaurant for the same price.

I just checked the rates for this hotel on Expedia and now it's over $100 for a room!

I just booked for March, 3 nights at $145usd (230Aud), I thought decent value. Will see if the hotel is ok for that price, not too worried about room size, as long as the bed is big enough for 2 (or 3..).

Acqua is a good option if you manage to get a room below 1500baht.Location is excellent and the rooftop pool is also good imo.

Downside is the small room as mentioned. But the bed is huge. There is also a balcony which comes handy if you are a smoker.

Checked in yesterday for 1 night at 35eur/1200 baht no complaints. Would stay longer for a similar price but other days were much more expensive.

Not too bad, they will call to you as you go by and that's mostly it, sometimes a girl may walk up close to you but none of the grabbing that you get in Soi 6.

Just watch out for the LB. A old man was walking in front of me with stuff in his chest pocket. A LB approached him very noisy and shouting to take him/her, touching him every where. The next moment the old man grabbed a empty chest pocket....

I stayed 10 nights in November in the smaller room, room is actually small, but I find it cosy, bed is great, have a tv and also a desk to work on my laptop. Small balcony is nice too I was in the middle of the hotel so my view was Soi Honey. Right after I went back I saw somewhere on here that the bigger rooms are limited, hence I booked for 22 nights at 1396 USD (so 63.5 USD per night) as the USD dropped to CHF I actually will even save now around 3200 Baht if I pay now. I can book currently the smaller room for around 850 USD for same period, do you think the 550 USD on top are worth it for the bigger room?

Btw. absolutely loved the Acqua, location, amenities, design, pool.

Thanks a lot!

Not stayed in the Acqua since before covid and have booked the Exclusive Deluxe for £50 per night for 7 days in the first week of January, which seems a decent price, especially for the time of year.

The first and only time I stayed there I booked the same room, and they tried to fob me off with the 21 M2 room, so straight back down to reception and have a chit chat with a very embarrassed staff member. They eventually moved me to the largest room, which had around 10 chairs in the living area and a kitchen with zero kitchen utensils with the exception of a kettle.

The large TV was also placed on the same wall as the couch that was directly below it. The hotel was probably only open for a few months, and back then, you had to walk along the tiled section running parallel to the stairs to reach the sun loungers.

By far the scariest aspect was that the perimeter in that area was below waist height, so not the safest option 7 stories up.
